Training: As far back as I can recall I have enjoyed art/painting. Whilst at Boarding School in England art lessons was for me a Haven and I had loads of encouragement from the art teacher. It was he who set me on course for the journey of painting: Later I entered as a mature student `The Cardiff College of Art` Wales, and studied between 1964 - 68: The first year was taken up with `Foundation Studies` I then specialized in `Graphic Design`. The 60`s was a fab time in my life, which set standards and interests I still live by today:
Where I live now: I moved to Swansea Wales UK: in 1980: It is a coastal town, and I am fortunate to live high on a hill over looking the Bay, so I get to see spectacular sunrises and sunsets: In fact the views in all weathers are inspirational and it is this I try to capture in my work. Nearby is the `Gower Peninsula` which is part of the `National Trust` and declared an `Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty`:
