Recently I was fortunate to visit South Africa, staying in Cape Town: My visit time was 4 weeks during Feb-March: It was very hot, a different climate to what I was used to in UK: This made my time in Africa much more challenging: Whilst in SA I travelled overland to the Kruger National Park and stayed in the Bush 4 days where I saw and photographed a variety of Wildlife, it was truly amazing: I also spent 6 days in Johannesburg during which time I visited the Lion Park just around the corner:                                                                                                                         It was good to have such close contact with Lions, and with the lion cubs, which was not possible to do at Kruger Park for obvious reasons: In this feature splash are just some of the photos that I captured, I hope you enjoy them: More information and images can be seen by clicking on the lion park web link www.lion-park.com An added feature at the lion park was being able to feed a Giraffe, I saw many a Giraffe at Kruger in the wild, so it was awesome to be able to have this close encounter at the Park: - My time in Africa was all the more worthwhile experiencing both Parks:
